Pre-Wedding Consultation
An initial meeting, in person or virtual, held 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding to learn your vision and dreams for the day.
Venue Walkthrough
Venue walkthrough after final detail meeting or on rehearsal day
We will discuss detailed floor plans, event flow and decorations.
Vendor Coordination and Oversight
Management of vendor communications, including final payments and gratuities, as well as the event timeline and the addressing of any emergent issues.​
Rehearsal and Day-of Direction
Direction and management of all rehearsal and day-of event logistics that ensures a smooth and care-free celebration.
Comprehensive Itinerary Creation
Along with the couple, development of a detailed itinerary for the bride and groom, bridal party, and vendors to ensure seamless event progression.
Decor and Layout Supervision
Dedication to ensuring the event decoration and layout are set up according to the couple's specifications and any on-the-spot problems are solved efficiently and quickly.
Personal Coordinator
