With this package we join your process no less than two weeks prior.
Our goal is to assist you in seeing your dreams come to fruition.
Gladiola package includes:
Comprehensive Planning Sessions
2 or 3 detailed meetings (virtual or phone), including venue walkthrough, to thoroughly understand and refine your wedding vision, ensuring every detail aligns with your expectations
Half or Full-Day Wedding Coordination
Beginning with 5 hours up to 12 hours of meticulous wedding day management that ensures a flawless event
Ceremony and Reception Fine-Tuning
Oversight of the ceremony and reception, including the distribution of bouquets and corsages, as well as the coordination of key wedding moments, such as speeches and photography
Detailed Timeline and Logistics Planning
Personal collaboration with you to create a detailed event timeline as well as the management of the venue walkthrough to identify and resolve any potential problems before the event
Day-Of Vendor Coordination
We will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors on the day. Help to confirm expectations, arrival and departure times and any specific requirements to ensure seamless services
Final Touches and Post-Event Management
Coordination of all wedding details, such as the securing of the marriage license and ceremony rings, and ensures that all personal items, gifts, and cards are safely collected and delivered to you or a designated family member
